ProbitySA offers a rapid review service to support businesses considering bidding for Local, State and Federal Government tenders. With our extensive experience in public sector procurement, we can save your business time and money and improve your chances of being a successful bidder. Our role as a bid advisor is to first help you consider if you should go to the effort of preparing a bid, and where it makes commercial sense, go to the effort of preparing a tender response. Our reviews are undertaken by a Procurement Specialist with at least 15 years' experience – we do not use AI or automated assessments.
We offer three on-demand services to support businesses considering bidding for Government work:

Bid/No-Bid Assessment ($275 inc GST) – a review of the tender and how well placed your business is to be the successful tenderer.

Draft Tender Response Review ($605 inc GST) – a review of your nearly completed tender response.

Final Tender Response Review ($990 inc GST) – a review of your final tender response, immediately prior to lodgement.
To request a review, simply select a service below and complete the form. ProbitySA will then send you an online quote to confirm your request. Once you have accepted the quote, we will provide you with an invoice for payment. Once payment is received, we'll complete the review within one business day.
